Before reading this month's blog, I ask that you take time to watch our Bible study based on The Woman of Samaria, linked HERE. This is the last woman of the Bible we will study this year, but this a word that God has been working into my life and spirit. He has impressed on me to share with you all.
Jesus said to her, “Woman, believe Me..." ~John 4:21
When she left Him, she also left her water pot – the vessel she was dependent on to soothe her thirst. She had found the Vessel of God and He filled her with His calling, simply because she was not ashamed of her past and she believed in Him for her future. This calling became her act of true worship. Before meeting this woman, Jesus sent His disciples away to find food and they returned with a natural harvest. After the Samaritan woman left, she returned with a spiritual harvest…the harvest that Jesus was seeking when he was led through Samaria.
What has God clearly promised you through a revelation or prophetic word that you feel you are unworthy of or unable to receive?
What is it in your life that is holding you back through shame or guilt?
In what ways are you using religion to ease that guilt and shame?
No more! Let it go! Do not be ashamed but Believe. God. Sis.
Come clean and let God use your past to propel you – and many others who will believe Him based on your testimony – into the future He has designed.
He did it and is doing it for me. So, let’s do this together.
Living Always With Great Expectation,
Dawn~
