Shedding The Costume

In case you didn't know, it takes 21 days of repetition for a practice to become a habit. Instead of waiting until January, wouldn't you love to start authentic self-care and healing before the new year arrives? This is the experience for you!
The goal of this unique collaborative experience is to bring women together, virtually, from all over the world as we transform our lives, bodies, and mindsets from either, 1. simply existing from day to day or, 2. superficial cover-ups of deep-seeded health concerns.
The motivation is this...as authentic as we -- the more mature generation -- are INSIDE, we have modeled fakeness externally. Our generation was compelled to put on a good face and dress the part (literally) as we became one of the first generations of women and people of color to experience overwhelming success in corporate America. But to paraphrase the old adage, those looking up to us may fail to do what we say, but will never fail to do what we do. And so, all that many of today's young women know how to do is put on the costume. That's what they saw us do, and just maybe they, wrongfully, equated that costume with success and confidence.
We're here to correct that interpretation!
Join us virtually for daily self-care and healing sessions where we:
Each day we will focus on a different mode of focus, but participants will be challenged to engage with on all three modes of focus daily. Focusing on authentic healing and self-care creates lasting beauty and character. As we target our core concerns, as a collective, we will watch the queens God created us to be begin to emerge and shine. Join me beginning Friday morning, December 1st at 6am CST!
