Psalm 107: The Play ~NEW~

Have you REALLY paid attention to Psalm 107?

To me it reads like an opera telling the stories of The Redeemed. There is dejection, wickedness, ambition, and of course, redemption. I see myself in every act! Watch with me...
Dawn:
- Homeless, lost, and wandering (verses 4-9)...I cried out to God and He gave my family a place to settle, and fills us continually with good things (naturally and spiritually).
- Living in darkness, a slave to sin (verses 10-16)...I cried out to God and He made me an overcomer, free from every bondage.
- A fool, trusting the deceitfulness of sin that pushes one to the brink of dying (verses 17-22)....I cried out to God and He sent the TRUTH of His LIFE giving Word and healed me from every lie of the enemy, no longer a fool but declaring The Good News!
- Doing "business in great waters" (verse 23, NKJV); I have been wondrously amazed, and yet find myself tossed by stormy and uncertain waves (verses 24-32)....I'm crying out to God and look forward in anticipation of His promise to calm the sea and lead me to my desired haven/harbor/commerce!

Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so; Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy; and gathered out of the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the south. ~Psalm 107:1-3
Psalm 107: The Play is a soon to be stage production that will peek into the various perspectives of the love/lost, rebellion/redemption relationship that often plagued God's people, as penned by King David in Psalm 107. This play will come to life by reflecting the way we, as modern Believers, also navigate these same peaks and valleys in our own personal journey to redemption. It will close with a worship inspiring reminder that The Lord makes His enemies fail when all prognoses are favorable; and, He (favors) makes the poor and needy prosper in the midst of famine! (verses 33-43)

Friends, hold firm to your confession and your Faith! "Whoever is wise will observe these things, and they will understand the lovingkindness of the Lord." ~Psalm 107:43 (NKJV)

STAY TUNED and God Bless!!!
